Our compensation models are designed to maximize physicians' income while rewarding performance that aligns with EMstrategies' philosophy and goals. We evaluate EMS physicians based on their committee and meeting participation, continuing education, involvement in medical staff activities, community service, and patient satisfaction.
After demonstrating your clinical and administrative efficiencies, full-time physicians may be offered a partnership opportunity to be actively involved in directing corporate policy, procedure and practice governance. Physicians who are not offered Partnership or elect not to participate in partnership, still have an active voice in the clinical practice at their site.
Schedules are produced on a monthly basis with equal distribution of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts.
Malpractice and tail coverage is provided by the group at no expense to the physician. Our commitment to recruiting and retaining high caliber physicians, our extensive quality review process and our attention to risk management has kept our claims history well below the national average.
